Benefits and Advantages

Farm Bureau Bank FSB has made every effort to provide all full time regular employees with one of the best benefit programs in the local market. Employees are provided two times their annual salary in life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance. The Bank also provides a Long-Term Disability policy that will provide up to 66% of your salary should you become disabled for 90 days or more.

The benefit dollars provided by the Bank can be used to help you purchase medical, dental and vision insurance for you and your family. You can add to your benefit program by selecting voluntary insurance under a group umbrella. These voluntary programs include additional life insurance, cancer insurance, accident insurance, short-term disability and intensive care insurance. These are strictly voluntary and you must pay for the insurance you take. Prepare for your retirement by participating in the Bank’s 401K retirement plan. You save immediately with the tax deferral and the Bank will match 4% of your salary so you see an immediate return on your investment. Your Human Resources Office can help you get started. Farm Bureau Bank is committed to education and provides an excellent tuition reimbursement program for employees that have been with us for at least one year. You must have prior approval from your manager before you start your program.
