Position Description:
Prepares accurate, timely and meaningful management and regulator reports, which summarize the company’s financial, business and marketing results. Manages and maintains the Asset/Liability management system and the product profitability system. Prepares, analyzes and interprets profitability and budget reports. Maintains and updates databases used in the analysis and reports of company results, prepares or directs the preparation of product reconciliations. Reports to the Vice President, Finance.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proven analytical and multi-project management skills.
- Ability to perform multiple projects with minimal supervision and attention to detail.
- Must be a team player, with strong communication skills.
- Able to produce results in a fast-paced environment.
- Programming skills required; SAS, Crystal Reports and other database/analytical programs.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in math, statistics, finance or related filed is required.
- 2 to 3 years financial services industry experience preferred.
- Experience as a financial analyst in the banking industry a plus.
- SAS, Crystal Reports and other database/analytical programs skills highly desired.
Must be available between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Position Description:
Provides information and sells appropriate banking services to Farm Bureau members including checking and savings accounts, and additional services related to deposit accounts. Provides
servicing support to members by phone for bank products including credit cards checking and savings accounts, and certificates of deposit. Conducts product needs assessments for members
during inbound and outbound telephone calls and for walk-in customers. Reports directly to the Customer Contact Center Sales Manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to focus on a member base. Must have a working knowledge of remote delivery of retail banking services and
exceptional customer/member service skills.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required with some college work desired
- Two years’ customer service experience
- Preferably in a banking environment and minimum of three years of office experience, preferably in a call center environment
Must be available between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
